Regulations drive the need for our services, but our unique capabilities allow us to add value to clients beyond environmental compliance. Our San Diego, CA Service Center is currently seeking a Full-Time Field Sampling Technician to join our team.Pay: $20.00 - $24.00, commensurate on experienceAs a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:Responsible for field sampling, delivery of sample containers and pick up of environmental samplesWorks with field coordinator to determine the best route to minimize travel time and maximize total of jobsPrepares proper containers and calibrates field parameters prior to each field sampling projectPerforms on-site field sampling following safe and proper field sampling techniquesPerforms field measurements: pH, chlorine residual, temperature, etc...Properly fills out chain-of-custodies and follows sample acceptance proceduresHandles and drives the company vehicle in a responsible and legal mannerSchedule routine maintenance of assigned company vehicleAdheres to Enthalpy's Ethical Policy and Quality Assurance ManualAssists with the repair of field equipment including ISCO compositors and field metersAssists with sample login as neededPerform additional duties as requested by the department managerParticipates in focus teams as neededYOUR EXPERTISE AND SKILLSTo perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
