Nominated a Top Workplace ten years in a row!Hornig Companies is hiring a full-time Property Manager to to oversee the daily operations of a newly acquired 120-unit community in Arden Hills as it transitions into our portfolio. What would my responsibilities include?Initiate and manage all core business processes, including leasing, turns, client relations, marketing, maintenance, vendor relations, selection, recruitment, and team development.Provide outstanding customer service and communication to our residents and new applicantsBuild relationships and maintain effective communication with staff and vendorsOversee, train and lead site staff - Maintenance and caretakers.
