*** 2nd Shift Position ***Production - Trim Press Operator - Zinc Die Cast ManufacturingWe are hiring a Trim Press Operator to prepare zinc die cast parts coming off casting machines. This role focuses on trimming, quality inspection, and meeting production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ResponsibilitiesDegate and trim zinc die cast parts according to written work instructionsInspect parts for defects to meet quality standardsMeet production and efficiency goals set by managementWear required PPE and follow all safety proceduresSupport department and company quality and production goalsFollow written and verbal work instructions. QualificationsGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityStrong attention to detailReliable attendance and strong work ethicFlexible to work different assignments and departments as neededWilling to work early morning or evening shiftsMust be able to work mandatory overtime Physical & Work EnvironmentStanding approximately 95% of the shiftAbility to lift up to 40 lbs RequirementsMust be 18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GED requiredMon Thru Thurs 3 PM to 11 PMFri - 12 PM to 8 PM OR 3 PM to 8 PM40 or 37 Hour Work Week
