Our client, a leading organization in the education and corporate communication sector, is seeking a dedicated Instructional Video Producer to join their dynamic team. As an Instructional Video Producer, you will support the Learning & Development department in creating engaging and impactful video content. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and technical expertise, which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title: Instructional Designer (Video Production)Location: Bellevue, WA - Hybrid Duration: 12+ Months with highly possible extension / ConversionWhat's the Job? Select talent, plan shooting days, and coordinate all aspects of video production. Operate camera equipment and set up lighting, microphones, and other necessary gear for high-quality footage. Edit video content using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative video concepts aligned with project goals and audience needs. Utilize AI tools like Synthesia and Microsoft Azure to produce avatar videos and voice-overs, enhancing learning experiences.What's Needed? Proficiency with video editing and production software including Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects. Experience working on educational projects or corporate communications. Strong ability to work with amateur talent, including senior leaders, confidently and professionally. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.What's in it for me?
