Job DescriptionJob Description We are looking for professionals committed to their growth and interested in long-term work in the industry as Farm Manager in highly modernized facilities.Note: This position is as an SUPERVISORYMain Responsibilities: Managing the health and growth of the pigs, including feeding, breeding, gestation, farrowing, and weaningOverseeing all phases of production, implementing processes, and setting and achieving farm-specific goalsHiring, training, and supervising farm staff, providing leadership, and conducting team meetingsEnsuring compliance with biosecurity protocols, safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environmentHands-on on daily task is required such as high-pressure washing, feeding, breeding, processing piglets and otherWorking Conditions: Usual work hours: 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.Average of 90 to 100 hours per biweekly pay periodOne day off per weekWork locations: various farms in states such as Tennesse, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, among others.Extreme weather conditions depending on the season (cold in winter and hot in summer)This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to start a career in the U.S. job market.
