Bag Making Machine Operator

Job DescriptionA leading manufacturer in the flexible packaging industry is hiring Bag-Making Machine Operators experienced with Totani, B&B/BUB, or Baumer equipment to support continued production growth. What We Offer Competitive compensation Strong benefits package Incentivized training & cross-training programs Advancement opportunities into senior operator, lead, or technical roles Clean, well-maintained facility with a strong safety culture What You'll Do Operate, set up, and troubleshoot Totani, B&B/BUB, Baumer, or similar bag-making machines Perform changeovers, film roll changes, tooling adjustments, and setups Maintain seal quality, pouch integrity, and consistent production output Monitor machine performance and make minor mechanical adjustments Complete in-process quality checks and documentation Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production teams Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures What We're Looking For Experience as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Bag-Making Operator (or equivalent) Hands-on setup, changeover, and troubleshooting experience Background in pouch manufacturing, bag-making, or flexible packaging converting Experience with flexible packaging materials (PE, PET, BOPP, laminates, etc.) Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work assigned shifts in a fast-paced environment If you're ready to grow your technical skill set and take advantage of structured training and advancement opportunities, apply today.
