We are looking for a Civil Estimator to join our estimating team in Riverside, CA.Responsibilities:Review Take-offsContact subcontractors, suppliers, and specialty services for quotesWorks with Project Managers, Engineering, Purchasing, and Management as needed in the preparation and final evaluation of bidsProvides improvement recommendations to cost estimating procedures to reduce future discrepancies between estimated and actual costsQualifications:5+ years as an estimator working on Civil Construction ProjectsFederal Government and/or Public Works project estimating experience requiredHARD BID Estimating and Negotiated Bid ExperienceKnowledge of HCSS Heavy Bid (or similar estimating software)Must be able to pass pre-employment physical/drug test/background checkProject History:- Site Grading, Asphalt, Concrete, Underground Utilities, Public Works, Excavating, Site Development, Earthwork, Water & Sewer Mains, Culverts, ManholesSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayNo weekendsBenefitsSalary: $90 - $130K Base (Negotiable based on years of experience)Health / Dental / Vision / Life InsurancePTOParental LeaveProfessional Development AssistanceReferral ProgramRetirement Plan
