Our Raleigh, NC Division is seeking an experienced Asbestos Abatement Project Manager / Estimator to lead projects from pre bid planning to project mobilization through project completion. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional with proven experience in regulated abatement, demolition operations, and cost estimating. Job Responsibilities * Prepare detailed cost estimates for asbestos abatement, environmental remediation, and demolition projects * Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze construction drawings and environmental reports * Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks * Manage projects from award through closeout * Lead field crews and subcontractors in regulated environments * Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, AHERA, and state regulations * Coordinate permits, inspections, waste manifests, and disposal documentation * Manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and job cost tracking * Plan demolition sequencing, containment systems, and utility shutdowns * Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in engineering, material science, civil, structural or construction management * 7+ years of experience in asbestos abatement, environmental remediation, or demolition * Direct experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, or Construction Manager in hazardous materials removal * Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and AHERA regulations * Experience managing commercial, industrial, or public-sector projects * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications * Strong budgeting, cost control, and margin management experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ideal Candidate Profile * Hands-on demolition professional * Comfortable operating in high-compliance environments * Organized and documentation-driven * Calm under regulatory pressure * Strong in sequencing and site logistics * Financially disciplined and margin-conscious * Safety-first mindset * Able to operate independently Preferred Certifications * Asbestos Supervisor Certification * OSHA 30 * HAZWOPER (40-hour) * AHERA Inspector * Lead RRP Certification Compensation & Growth * Competitive salary based on experience * Performance based bonus potential * Leadership growth track with potential advancement to Division Manager * Long-term opportunity within a growing environmental contractor Apply Today Please Submit a resume with relevant experience.
