With innovative medical, behavioral, and social services - we are dedicated to both honoring and serving the veterans who have served us well.OVERVIEW OF POSITION:The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for helping increasing patient volume and market share through the introduction of our services to patients, veteran service and outreach organizations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Possess a clear understanding of the organization's mission, vision, and foundation.Deliver and coordinate educational presentations to existing and prospective members.Help maintain working relationships with referral sourcesEngage potential members through phone, text, and emailGive tours of Flagship Health Clinic and Mobile ClinicRepresent and promote the organization at community eventsCollaborate with marketing to develop materials and ensure social media is utilizedUtilize CRM for leads, expense tracking, proposals, presentations, and other informationResearch and identify local organizations and eventParticipate in and contribute to management meetings and team projects.Collaborate with the operations team in order to coordinate services.All other duties as assignQUALITIES & ABILITIES:Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent presentation skills.Excellent interpersonal skills consistent with an entrepreneurial, small-company, team environment.Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.Ability to problem solve and multi-task.Ability to take initiative in planning processes.Ability to facilitate groups and meetings.Ability to manage assignments with minimal supervision.Ability to work well under pressure.Regular and punctual attendance required.Ability to work varying hours to meet needs of client base.Ability to travel throughout the San Antonio metro areaEXPERIENCE:Minimum:Min. 3 years of related experience (e.g., marketing, business development, community engagement, healthcare industry).Demonstrated networking skillsDemonstrated public speaking and presentations skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with little supervisionMust be highly detail-oriented and able to build relationships with internal and external customers.Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.Military experience preferred but not requiredEDUCATION:Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferredCOMPENSATION:Annual SalaryQuarterly Bonuses based on overall market growthCompetitive BenefitsLOCATION:San Antonio, TXSalary Range:
