As a result, our company is growing fast and always welcoming new talents.Summary: Performs Human Resources functions as assigned including Recruitment coordination and administrative tasks.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Reviews applications and prescreens applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.Assists HR department with internal and external job postings.Assist with Application Tracking System(s) to identify and recruit candidates.Administration:Uploading of documents for electronic backup.Assists with new hire orientation preparation.Files and maintains employment records.Assists with the Site Wide Activities Team (TEAM)Communication Boards updates plant wide communication boards with upcoming activities, meetings, anniversaries, and other important information as assigned.Assist with auditing attendance and reporting on data.Assist with duties pertaining to training reporting and documentation.Miscellaneous:Other duties as assigned.Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write correspondence and communicate effectively.Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
