If interested in this Home Health RN position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman | | text 5867107970 HOME HEALTH RN | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Cartersville GA 30120 – 100% On-site, home health settings Coverage Area: Paulding and Bartow Counties Payrate: $57.30/hr + mileage Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM On-Call: Occasional on-call availability may be required. Benchmark requirement of 30 points per week. HOME HEALTH RN | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Home Health RN will provide high-quality care to individuals in a community-based setting. This role focuses on assessment, care plan implementation, and disease prevention, ensuring the health and safety of our clients through dedicated case management and clinical expertise. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates HOME HEALTH RN | RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinical Oversight: Observe, assess, and implement nursing support for well, chronic, or acutely ill individuals. Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to evaluate programs and services; maintain communication with physicians and discharge coordinators. Medication Management: Oversee the ordering, monitoring, and disposal of medications; ensure all administration policies are strictly followed. Supervision & Training: Direct the activities of LPNs/LVNs and provide health and safety training for new employees and unlicensed staff. Documentation: Complete daily, monthly, and quarterly nursing reports, ensuring all physician orders are accurately transcribed. HOME HEALTH RN | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia or a valid Compact License. Experience: 1+ year of Home Health experience Proficiency with EMR/tablet charting (HCHB experience is a significant plus). Experience with Wound Vacs, IVs, PICC lines, and lab draws.
