SHW is a 16-bed Adolescent Psychiatric Treatment Hospital serving youth ages 11-18, nestled in a beautiful location between Ridgecrest and Centennial golf courses in Nampa. Provides professional nursing care and determines need for and arranges professional consultations. Abides by standards of nursing practice and unit and institution policies and procedures. Facilitates completion of required nursing records.
