Compliance / Notes : - Pending license accepted. - Valid SSN and DOB required at time of submittal. - Verify Missouri/compact licensing rules before submission. - RTO restrictions: No more than 7 days (no RTO the first week of assignment). - COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only). - Background checks and other facility-specific policies apply.
