Unit Highlights 18-bed CVICU 1:1 patient ratio ? 24/7 Intensivist & Hospitalist in-house Exposure to: Open heart surgeries Vascular & thoracic cases Cath lab & structural heart patients ✠Requirements (STRICT) Active RN License BLS + ACLS required 1+ year CVICU experience (open heart/advanced devices) Must be comfortable with: ECMO, Impella, IABP, CRRT Vent management Titrating drips (vasopressors, sedation, antiarrhythmics) Reading/interpreting tele strips ?
