Staff RN The staff RN is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the therapeutic environments, treatment and modalities and interdisciplinary collaboration. Qualifications: Current California RN License. Current Basic Life Support Level C (Healthcare Provider) certification. Current NRP certification. One year level III NICU nursing experience to include care of the ventilated infant.
