IT Service Management Specialist Location: Boca Raton, FL - Onsite Duration: 3 months Position Overview: The Project Leader/IT Service Management Specialist will support our IT service delivery by managing and improving key IT processes. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and maintain service quality using the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities: Lead and enhance IT Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes. Serve as Incident Manager during high-priority incidents, ensuring rapid response and resolution. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and reduce risks. Monitor process performance and report to management. Provide training on IT change, incident, and problem management best practices. Required Skillset: IT Change Management: Experience in managing IT changes with a focus on risk assessment and post-implementation review. IT Incident Management: Proficiency in incident detection, prioritization, and resolution. IT Problem Management: Knowledge of root cause analysis and long-term remediation strategies. Certifications and Qualifications: ITIL Foundations Certification: Required for understanding IT service management principles. Process Improvement Expertise: Ability to enhance processes and improve service quality. ServiceNow Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with ITSM workflows on ServiceNow. Candidate Profile: Analytical thinker with a passion for process optimization. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Track record of successful project delivery in IT service management. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience. Experience: A minimum of two (2) years' experience is required.
