Stamford Health has an opportunity for a full-time Program Administrator in Stamford, CT! The Neurosciences and Behavioral Health Program Administrator serves as a strategic and operational partner to the Executive Director of Neurosciences and Behavioral Health Services Lines. This role provides high-level executive support, operational coordination, project management, financial tracking, report preparation, and event management to advance service line priorities. The position blends executive support, project execution, financial coordination, reporting preparation, and clinical-facing marketing collaboration. The Program Administrator represents the service line professionally across departments and within the community. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm fully onsite in Stamford, CT. Some weekend events are required. Develop meeting agendas and document meeting minutes. Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations and briefing materials. Coordinate quarterly service line meetings, project meetings, and physician strategy sessions. Track service line goals, action plans, and follow-ups. Project & Operations Management: Lead and coordinate small to mid-sized service line projects from planning through implementation. Track timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration. Serve as liaison between clinical, operational, and administrative teams. Support implementation of new initiatives and growth strategies. Data Collection & Reporting Support: Collect operational and clinical data from internal systems and stakeholders. Compile and organize data into structured reports. Collaborate with analytics team on dashboards. Maintain service line tracking tools and performance logs. Prepare routine monthly and quarterly reporting materials for leadership review. Ensure data accuracy and completeness prior to executive review. Performs special projects as directed including but not limited to review, independent research, and summarization of requested information. Financial & Budget Oversight Support: Track and process invoices and ensure alignment with contracts and approved budgets. Monitors supplies and resources and oversees the purchasing of supplies within the budget. Monitor budget variances. Maintain organized financial tracking systems. Assist with preparation of annual operating and capital budget materials. Community & External Engagement: Coordinate internal and external events, including physician forums and community outreach initiatives. Support community health affairs, regulatory certification preparation and site visit activities aligned with service line priorities. Represent the service line professionally at meetings and events as appropriate. Ensure logistics, materials, and communication are executed effectively. Clinical Marketing Collaboration: Develop clinically accurate content for marketing materials in partnership with Marketing and Communications. Assist with preparation of service line brochures, presentations, and outreach materials. Ensure materials reflect clinical programs accurately and align with service line priorities. Maintain appropriate inventory of all materials. Assist with ensuring website content is up to date. Partners with the Executive Director and Physician Relations team to ensure continual physician engagement with physicians and practices in the surrounding areas. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree required; 3-5+ years in healthcare operations, program coordination, executive support, or service line administration * Preferred Educational Field: Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field * Required Skills: * Strong organizational and project management skills * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint required) * Strong attention to detail and data accuracy * Professional presence and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * High level of discretion and confidentiality * Proactive and self-directed * Will require occasional off shift and weekend work
