Our health teams of geriatric physicians and nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, rehabilitation specialists and other health care professionals assess our Participants' needs and desires, plan and approve services with them and their family or caregiver, monitor for changes and provide timely interventions. Description Under the direction of the Center Supervisor, the Center Aide will assist Participants with personal care and social needs while attending our Adult Day Health Center. The Center Aide will assist Participants with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, van assistance and escorting participants throughout the center to locations as needed. Center Aide will also complete and document participant weights, completing in center and participant laundry, disinfecting surfaces and equipment, stocking supplies and escorting participants to outside appointments when needed. Will also assists the dietary department within the center with seating, serving, cutting, feeding, and clean-up of the dining areas as scheduled during dining times and snack / meal times while adhering to necessary diet specifications under the direction of the Registered Dietician. And will assists the activity department as needed.Shift Monday- Friday shifts, 8a-4:30pLocation Positions based in one of our Adult Day Health Center located in North Shore, Allegheny Center, McKees Rocks and Green Tree, may travel to cover other centers if needed.Requirements High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year working with the geriatric population required
