The Opportunity As the Project Manager - Architecture & Engineering, you'll coordinate and guide multi‑disciplinary engineering efforts across architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and structural scopes. You'll be the connective tissue that keeps projects accurate, efficient, and cost‑effective-serving as a technical resource, communicator, and problem‑solver. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interpreting construction documents, improving processes, mentoring technical staff, and managing multiple projects without sacrificing quality. What You'll Do + Lead project change management: review, track, and validate change orders while implementing corrective actions + Provide in‑house technical support and collaborate with architects, vendors, contractors, and internal teams + Support the training and development of AutoCAD specialists to elevate technical standards + Communicate project updates, design changes, and technical requirements clearly to internal and external partners + Serve as a responsive point of contact for landlords, contractors, vendors, and governing authorities + Assist with engineering concepts, fixture layouts, scopes of work, and project schedules + Continuously refine engineering workflows to improve accuracy, productivity, and efficiency + Perform value engineering to reduce construction costs while maintaining quality and brand consistency + Stay current with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Virtual Premise, and relevant building codes + Research, organize, and present data using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook What You Bring + Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously + Strong ability to interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications + Excellent planning, organization, and documentation skills + A solutions‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and technical problem‑solving abilities + Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills + Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite + A collaborative, team‑first approach with the confidence to work cross‑functionally Nice to Have: + Experience in retail construction or roll‑out environments Work Environment & Culture + Based at the Salisbury headquarters with one remote day per week + Supportive, collaborative team culture with long‑tenured employees + A company that values process improvement, technical accuracy, and respectful communication + Stability you can count on, paired with opportunities to make a meaningful impact Why Apply? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
