Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate supervised visitation facilitator to join our team. This position entails facilitating court ordered supervised visits between parents and children, as ordered by the court. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone involved. Furthermore, the supervised visitation facilitator will be responsible for gathering and evaluating information on participant engagement, program outcomes, and overall impact in-order to track the advancement of assigned programs. There is a fieldwork component to the job, which involves frequent trips to family homes or other specified sites. As a part-time (PRN) employee, you are not eligible for benefits, paid time off ( PTO), or direct mileage reimbursement. We do pay $25 as a gas reimbursement, if you drive over 1 hour for a visitation. There are company vehicles available for usage a few days throughout the week. Please be aware that this position frequently involves visits outside of Marion County. As a supervised visitation facilitator, you will be required to prepare regular reports summarizing program progress. These reports may include qualitative assessments of participant behavior, documentations regarding how participants feel about the program, notating the skills they've gained, and outlining documenting the challenges they have encountered along the way. This position pays a base hourly rate of $25 per hour. In lieu of your degree, there may be opportunities for additional compensation based on the caseload assigned.Job duties: Communicate with families and caregivers to establish visitation schedules, address concerns, and provide guidance on visitation protocols Observe and document interactions during visitations, providing real-time feedback when necessary to maintain safety and appropriate behavior Prepare regular reports summarizing program progress, including qualitative and quantitative assessments of participant impact Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all activities, including case notes, visit reports, and data collection forms. This documentation must be submitted within 24 hours. Report any issues or concerns to your direct supervisory staff in a timely mannerRequirements: Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information. Ability to appropriately address conflict. Ability to meet deadlines for documentation and billing. Adhere to all relevant regulations, reporting requirements, and contractual obligations as necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with diverse community members, stakeholders, and the contracting organization. Professional phone skills. Microsoft Office computer skills. Attention to detail and task oriented. Ability to manage multiple projectsReport any issues or concerns to your direct supervisory staff in a timely mannerAbility to appropriately address conflictInterested individuals must meet these minimum requirements: Bachelor’s Degree-REQUIREDMust be at least 21 years of age Valid Indiana driver's license  No felony convictions or other criminal offenses Must have your own vehicle to transport clients-We offer a company vehicle for usage a few days per week.Must have proof of valid auto insurance
