Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified candidate with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to do what it takes to succeed, for our Terminal Operator opening at our Indianapolis Terminal.SummaryWe are seeking a qualified candidate with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to do what it takes to succeed, for our Terminal Operator opening at our Indianapolis Terminal.Responsibilities:Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, skid steers,Loading and unloading of inbound and outbound trucks and rail carsPerform routine equipment checks and report any mechanical or safety concerns promptlyFollow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines to maintain a safe work areaAssist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free terminal environmentMaintaining and operating facilities and equipment; general maintenanceParticipate in safety meetings, training sessions, and ongoing continuous improvement initiativesMust be able to work up to 12 hours days (Monday-Friday; alternating Saturdays)Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredPrevious equipment operating experience (e.g., loader, backhoe, skid steer, etc.) is preferredWorking knowledge of material handling systems, including pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical components; a plusStrong communication skills with the ability to work directly with the Terminal Manager and effectively collaborate with the teamDemonstrated commitment to safety, including following established procedures, promoting safe work practices, and actively helping maintain a safe working environmentAbout UsREADY TO JOIN A ROCK-SOLID FAMILY?
