Essential Functions:1. Pressure washes, cleans, details and performs light repairs to equipment in the shop.2. Support the buildings and grounds maintenance of the facility as needed.3. May be asked to do pick-up, deliveries and errands as a back-up person when seasonal job demands require.4. Performs all job functions in a safe, timely manner.5. Presents a positive, professional image in dress and conduct at all times.6. All other duties as assigned by supervisor.Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving history required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Knowledge of equipment preferred. Majority of work is performed in a shop setting, requiring safety glasses. Frequently exposed to outside weather including normal temperatures extreme and wet conditions from washing equipment. Steel toed shoes required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis required, up to 100 pounds infrequently. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb, push and pull to handle equipment.Riesterer & Schnell is an equal opportunity employer.
