Material Handler - 2nd Shift

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to play a crucial role in our business operations? We're looking for a temp Material Handler - 2nd shift. Responsibilities include: * Organize and Store: Place items in designated locations, maintaining a neat and efficient warehouse. * Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of received items, including quantities and locations. * Track and Monitor: Keep an eye on inventory levels and movements, ensuring everything is accounted for. * Reconcile and Audit: Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to resolve discrepancies. * Operate Equipment: Use material handling equipment as needed including a forklift or turret truck (training/certification may be required). * Communicate Effectively: Foster clear and effective communication to support seamless operations. Skills and Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * High attention to detail. * Basic math and computer skills, especially Excel. * Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Good interpersonal skills. * Ability to operate a forklift or turret truck. * Capable of lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs.
