Working closely with program staff, vendors, and other stakeholders todefine requirements.2. Eliciting, analyzing, communicating, and validating requirements.3. Analyzing high-level design recommendations.4. Analyzing and researching impacts to other agency systems.5. Working on complex software in a fast-paced, high volume workenvironment.6. Utilizing effective communication and facilitation skills to reachconsensus among stakeholders.7. Delivering oral and written communications to business owners, ITprogram team members and management.8. Logging, analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting defects found in thetest and production environments.9. Providing guidance in the development of test scenarios and internalsoftware training documents.10. Evaluating existing manual test cases and identify opportunities forautomation.11. Creating manual and automated test plans, cases, and scripts.12. Developing and documenting internal training as it relates to businessanalysis and testing.13. Serving as a point of contact to manage multiple stakeholder teamsand vendors assigned to the project to ensure team actions remain insynergy.14. Communicating with executives or the board to keep the projectaligned with their goals.15. Performing quality control on the project throughout development tomaintain the standards expected.16. Developing and documenting internal training as it relates to PMOservices.17. Leveraging agency software to assist in the management of project sSDLC.--- Required Qualifications ---" 30 months of experience using ServiceNow to triage and respond toapplication support tickets from users" 36 months experience solliciting business needs from project requesters tobuild business cases" 84 months of business analysis experience in Information Technologysupporting complex software systems or applications." 84 months of experience analyzing complex business processes." 84 months of experience creating test plans, and logging, analyzing, testing,and troubleshooting defects found in test and production environments." 84 months of experience providing written communications to businessowners, IT program team members, and management." 18 months of experience as acting Project Manager on IT projects." 84 months of experience in reviewing and evaluating technical specificationsfor compliance with business objectives and requirements."
