CNC Programmer - Aerospace

Job DescriptionJSG is hiring an Aerospace CNC Programmer with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in programming. Pay rate varies depending on experience: $33-$40Skills: Horizontal Machining Centers including Macro, sub program and variable programming knowledge. 4 axis lathes, 5 axis lathes, Y axis lathes, and Vertical Machining Centers large and small "Shop Floor" problem solving. Kaizen participation such as SMDE, VSM, 5s Maintain program library's and revision status of program revisions per NADCAP requirements. Bachelor degree in a technical field desired or 5+ years of manufacturing or industrial technical field, programming CNC equipment is required Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment Ability to extract critical data and analyze data to make informed business decisions Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt a plus Excellent computer skills (CAD/CAM, Esprit, Solid Works, MasterCam, word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, etc.) Skilled in- G and M code editing, Macro style programming, multi axis function(s) and Fanuc/Okuma/Mitsubishi CELOS controllers#D800 Johnson Service Group (JSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
