HR Business Partner

Description We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Blandon, PA. This role supports day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with employees and leadership to deliver employee relations support, recruiting, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Responsibilities + Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters. + Manage employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations with discretion and professionalism. + Support full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. + Administer benefits and leave programs, including health insurance, open enrollment, and LOA coordination. + Maintain accurate personnel files, HR documentation, and compliance records. + Assist with safety initiatives and Workers' Compensation processes. + Provide HR coverage in the absence of the HR Manager and support HR projects as needed. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred; SHRM certification is a plus. + 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environments. + Strong working knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, and HR compliance. + Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling sensitive employee matters. + Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism. + Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
