This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong knife skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and food safety in a fast-paced environment.Position Summary The Production Cutter is responsible for preparing specialty meat cuts to exact customer specifications while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with food safety regulations.Key Responsibilities Select products from pick tickets and stage for production Cut meat to precise customer specifications Transport finished products to packaging lines using carts Weigh and verify product accuracy Replenish stock as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Handle products with care and report damage immediately Follow company policies and all OSHA, HACCP, and GMP guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 6-12 months of related experience Knowledge of OSHA and HACCP food safety standards Understanding of meat types, cuts, and preparation methods Ability to safely use knives, scales, and tools #nowhiring
