Job Details Flu Vaccination is required for all travelers from November 1-April 1. Declinations/Exceptions are not accepted.Position Information:&bull Facility Department/Cost Center: 15447144The bill rate for local candidates will be $10 below the posted travel rate&bull Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): MRI Technologist&bull Specialty: Interventional Radiology, also serving ER/OP&bull Number of Openings: 5&bull Shift: Evenings, 5x8&bull Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36&bull Weekend Hours: Rotating call - could be 2 -3 days per week including the weekend&bull Assignment Length: 16 weeks&bull Call Requirements: As required by facility&bull Required Licensure: ARRT&bull Required Certifications: BLS&bull Preferred Certifications: MRI Registry&bull Years of Experience: 2 years plus, Peds Radiology/Imaging required&bull Float Requirements: noneUnit Information:&bull Number of Beds:&bull Patient Ratios:&bull Equipment: GE 1.5 and GE 3T, we use Visage as our PACS system&bull EMR: EPICHiring Profile:&bull Must Have Skills/Experience: excellent communication and patient care skills.&bull Preferred Skillset/Experience: GE 1.5 and 3T experience&bull Type of Patients on Unit: all types of patients are done - vented patients, anesthesia cases&bull Personality Fit:Dress Code:&bull Scrub Color: Black (top, bottoms, jacket)&bull Any unacceptable attire:Additional Information:Performs specialized MRI procedures on patients, resulting in diagnostic images for interpretation by a radiologist. Also provides the patient care essential to these procedures. Applies principles of MR safety. Education: Successful completion of an accredited Radiography program.Certifications: A.R.R.T. registered upon hire. Must obtain advanced A.R.R.T. registry in MRI within 1 year of hire.Other: The physical demands described here are the representative of the minimums that must be met by an employee to perform all essential functions of the job.
