Nurse Practitioner Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) San Francisco, CA Opportunity Highlights Full-time position in a leading regional NICU • 12-hour rotating shifts days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays • Join a Level IV NICU providing the most advanced care for critically ill newborns • Part of a regional network offering specialized neonatal heart and intensive care services • Care for complex neonatal cases, including over 200 newborns with congenital heart disease annually • Work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $178,524 $233,020 • Full benefits package • Relocation assistance available • Malpractice coverage • CME and professional development support Candidate Requirements NNP-BC certification required • Master s degree in Nursing with Neonatal Nurse Practitioner specialization • Minimum 1 year of recent NICU NP experience or recent completion of a Neonatal ICU fellowship • Active and unrestricted California RN, NP, and furnishing license • AHA BLS and NRP certifications • Active DEA license (or eligible to transfer within 90 days) • Enrollment in Medicare, Medicaid, and CCS as required • California driver s license if needed for position • Supervising physician required per state regulation • Candidates with less than 6 months of NP experience will be hired as Nurse Practitioner Community Highlights Live in one of California s most iconic cities with world-class dining, culture, and outdoor activities • Proximity to top-tier universities, museums, and medical centers • Mild year-round climate with access to Pacific Ocean, redwood forests, and wine country • Diverse and vibrant community with a strong focus on innovation and quality of life
