IF YES...WE ARE EXCITED TO TALK WITH YOU!! Position Summary: Argus of Colorado seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate in-home care. We offer flexible scheduling based on your availability, with a commitment to set weekly hours. Our team values positive, energetic, client-focused professionals. Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living activities. Provide meal prep, feeding, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and grooming. Support mobility using canes, crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, and Hoyer lifts. Respond to client needs with a cooperative attitude. Communicate with primary caregivers on care plans. Meet productivity goals and document visits per agency standards. Maintain contact with the scheduler regarding caseload. Participate in professional development to enhance skills. Use a provided tablet for charts, mileage, and route mapping. Qualifications Position Qualifications: Current CNA License (required upon start date) Valid Driver's License & clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) One year experience in home health preferred Benefits: Flexible schedule Work - Life balance, no overnight services 401k available for ALL staff Additional Information Pay: $19 - $22/hr
