What we expect from you: • LPN License • In person BLS Certification • Copy of Negative TB Test (2 Step or IGRA Blood Test) • Physical (within the last two years) • Background Check • Must be fully COVID vaccinated or be exempt Position Details: • Assists residents with various activities in nursing homes and other facilities under the direction of a nurse. • Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, dressing, eating, etc. • Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. • Report changes in resident condition and pertinent information to a Charge Nurse or Manager.
