Hiring: Commercial Construction Superintendent We’re working with a well-established general contracting client seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to support large-scale commercial projects. This role is ideal for a field leader who has managed complex builds and understands the demands of high-visibility, schedule-driven work. Responsibilities include: Leading all on-site construction activities for large commercial projects Managing subcontractors and daily field operations Enforcing jobsite safety and quality standards Partnering closely with the Project Manager on scheduling and execution Overseeing daily reporting, punch lists, and project closeout Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in commercial construction Background working for a commercial general contractor Experience supporting large, fast-paced commercial projects Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office experience preferred Compensation xywuqvp : $100,000-140,000/year (based on years of experience) This is a great opportunity to join a GC with a strong project pipeline and long-term work.
