Job Title: Physician Outpatient Primary Care (Infectious & Complex Patient Focus) Location: Austin, TX Compensation: Competitive base salary + productivity incentives, sign-on and retention bonuses, full benefits package, and 401(k) Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused physician to join our outpatient clinic, providing primary care to patients with complex infectious and immune-compromised conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient medicine and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of underserved populations. Infectious disease specialists are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality primary care services to patients with complex infectious and immune-related conditions Manage a patient panel of patients per day in a supportive outpatient environment Collaborate with care coordinators, nursing staff, and other providers to optimize patient outcomes Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory requirements Obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire Provide supervision and guidance to mid-level providers as needed Participate in patient retention and care continuity initiatives Maintain current CPR/BLS certification Qualifications: MD or DO with an active, state-specific medical license Valid DEA & Furnishing license Outpatient primary care experience, ideally with exposure to patients with infectious or immune-compromised conditions Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a high-volume outpatient schedule Infectious disease training or experience is a plus Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills Why Join Us: Work in a supportive, mission-driven outpatient setting Competitive compensation with productivity incentives and retention bonuses Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patient care Collaborative team environment
