BILINGUAL Quality Supervisor My client located in the Humble area is seeking a BILINGUAL Quality Supervisor to join their team! This role will be communicating with their international teams, so only candidates with bilingual Spanish speaking skills will be considered. This is direct hire, offering tremendous growth, and benefits! Key Responsibilities Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable testing and laboratory standards. Standardize and maintain processes, procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation. Maintain accurate records for customer qualifications, supplier approvals, and audits. Supervise inspection and laboratory teams to ensure proper testing and quality control. Develop quality strategies aligned with customer and internal requirements. Coordinate internal and external audits, including certification and customer audits. Oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities. Lead root cause analysis and investigations for customer complaints and quality issues. Track and analyze quality metrics, trends, and non-conforming products. Collaborate with production and engineering to ensure consistent processes and product quality. Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements. Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Education Bachelor's degree in: Chemical, Industrial, Metallurgical, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, or related field required. Experience 3+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Management in manufacturing or industrial settings Experience leading inspection or laboratory teams Experience implementing and managing QMS Experience with customer requirements and certification audits Technical Knowledge ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Laboratory testing and quality control processes Root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone) Statistical analysis and quality performance metrics CAPA and customer complaint handling ERP systems and production data analysis Statistical tools (e.g., Minitab preferred) HOUWD51
