Professional In-Home Caregiver Comfort Keepers is hiring Home Aides, Nursing Assistants, and Caregivers who are passionate about growing their skills and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors. Weekend differential pay Life insurance policy PTO after 1 year Rewarding one-on-one client care Dental, vision, and health benefits Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling Ongoing training and strong team support Job Responsibilities Provide companionship, engaging conversation, and emotional support Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, linens, meal preparation, and overall tidying Lay out clothing and support clients with dressing Plan and prepare nutritious meals Provide medication reminders Offer transportation to and from appointments Support family members by demonstrating safe care techniques Minimum Qualifications Ability to treat clients with dignity, respect, and compassion Ability to follow and interpret each client's Plan of Care Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (travel required) At least one year of senior care experience (agency, facility, or private care) Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new situations Comfort working around small pets (dogs and/or cats) Must be reachable by phone or email for schedules, updates, or emergencies Ability to lift at least 25 lbs Experience with dementia care is a plus Apply Today & Start Making a Difference!
