High School Diploma or GED required 0-2 years of transportation, dispatch, or logistics experience preferred Experience in a just-in-time (JIT) environment is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required) Strong communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Why This Opportunity? Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for drivers and customers Handle inbound calls, emails, and operational updates Ensure accurate and timely communication regarding routes, deliveries, and service issues Monitor delivery performance and report delays or abnormal situations Maintain working knowledge of DOT Hours of Service (HOS) regulations Provide timely service updates and reports to customers Document all communications accurately Friendly.
