Stable, Long-Term Career Opportunity (Not a contract role) Work with industry-leading CNC Swiss Machines Tornos Deco & Citizen Competitive salary with growth potential Be part of a top-tier metalworking tools manufacturer What You'll Do: Set up, operate, and perform first article inspections on Tornos Deco & Citizen Swiss CNC machines Troubleshoot and resolve machine maintenance & quality issues Ensure production goals & quality standards are met Work closely with a team to improve processes & efficiency Use calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and optical comparators for precision checks Assist in training machinists and maintaining accurate documentation What You Need to Apply: Education: High School Diploma (HS Diploma), GED, or equivalent experience Experience: Minimum 5+ years in CNC Swiss machining (MUST) Machine Expertise: Tornos Deco & Citizen Swiss CNC Machines (MANDATORY) Work Stability: 5+ years tenure at previous companies (No short-term stints or contractors) Strong communication skills & ability to follow complex instructions US Citizens or Green Card Holders ONLY About the Company: A leading manufacturer in precision metalworking tools, specializing in high-performance cutting tools and CNC machining solutions.
