Senior Accountant Responsibilities: Lead key aspects of the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, credit card expenses, and preparation of financial reporting packages. Ensure accuracy of general ledger activity related to expenses, inventory, reserves, intercompany transactions, and subsidiary consolidations, including elimination entries. Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual financial statement audits. Analyze financial results, investigate variances, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and deliver management reporting and ad hoc analyses. Collaborate cross-functionally and support financial systems and tools (including ERP and expense management platforms) to drive process improvements and operational efficiency. Senior Accountant Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. 3–5 years of progressive experience in public accounting, manufacturing accounting, and/or internal audit.
