Agency seeking RN to manage individualized care. A successful candidate will have strong medical assessment skills, and experience in the IDD Waiver field is preferred. Interdisciplinary team involvement is necessary, as well as collaborating with Physicians, and other RN's from primary care offices. Monthly MAR preparation and distribution will be required.
