Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Transport materials from storage or staging areas to workspaces using material handling equipment (manual and motorized pallet jacks/walkies). Package final products into end-user containers following approved Standard Manufacturing Procedures (SMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Maintain accurate logs and records in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Set up, operate, and clean production equipment, including weighing scales, hand-filling equipment, Integrated Fill Lines (IFL), and Bagging equipment (SpeeDee & All-Fills). Monitor critical process parameters (e.g., temperature, humidity, RPMs). Ensure final product weight meets specified tolerances per IMW A163 standards. Utilize independent judgment to plan, troubleshoot, and problem-solve during equipment setup and operation. Experience Required Minimum of three years in a manufacturing, packaging, and/or warehouse environment. Experience operating filling equipment and cleaning machinery is essential. Forklift experience is highly desirable. Skills & Certifications Proficiency in operating and maintaining production equipment. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to follow Standard Manufacturing Procedures (SMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills. Physical stamina for repetitive heavy lifting and prolonged standing/walking. Familiarity with safety protocols, including the use of respirators, hearing protection, and steel-toed shoes. Eligibilities & qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Capable of heavy lifting (1-35 lbs.) for extended periods. Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 50%-95% of the workday. Must pass a physical exam for forklift operations and respirator fit tests. Comfortable working in a dusty environment requiring the use of N95 respirators and other safety equipment.
