Schedule Mid shift: 4x10-Hour (1:00 PM - 11:30 PM) with weekend call shifts. Job Description We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The ideal candidate will have experience in Phase I and Phase II recovery and possess strong skills in handling various surgeries, including orthopedic and general surgeries. ResponsibilitiesProvide care for patients recovering from anesthesia.Monitor vital signs and manage post-operative care.Administer medications and IVs, ensuring patient safety and comfort.Educate patients and families regarding recovery processes.Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of RN experience.Active NY Nursing License required.Mandatory competency in phlebotomy and IV placement.Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALSS.Experience with Epic charting is a hard requirement.
