Level III NICU caring for high-risk laboring and ante partum population. Floated to Mother Baby/Post Partum. Skill set should include all phases of labor, triage, high risk ante partum and circulating cesarean sections. Must be comfortable with NRP, recognition and treatment of post-partum hemorrhage, severe pre-eclampsia including administration of magnesium sulfate and IV antihypertensives. RN License, ACLS, BLS, NRP and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring 1-year bedside care minimum, however, with fast pace and acuity of population 2+ years is preferred.
