Position Summary: The Benefits Coordinator will work under the direction of the Benefits Director to assist in the administration of benefits to all eligible employees of the Communities, and other business entities in an accurate and efficient manner while following the HR and Company policies and procedures. Education/Qualifications: At least three (3) years of experience providing support in a corporate human resources department with responsibility for health and welfare program administration. Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS technology is required. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
