Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Maryland state PT license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. This includes documentation for Medicare and long-term care populations. Experience with restorative nursing programs, mobility training, and fall prevention preferred. Ability to manage an outpatient-style caseload within a SNF and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630. Work Days: Monday through Friday. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Assignment Length: 13 weeks. Meal Break: 30 minutes.
