Medical Laboratory Scientist Highlights The pay for this position is $40-$45 per hour Schedule: 3pm-11pm (department operates 24/7) Medical Laboratory Scientist Responsibilities Perform laboratory testing in the Core Lab and report results according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment Conduct quality control testing and maintain accurate laboratory documentation Manage laboratory inventory and supplies Provide laboratory data and results to healthcare providers and patient care teams Requirements Associate???s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology ASCP (or equivalent) Medical Laboratory Scientist certification Knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and quality control practices Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs Ability to work independently in a fast-paced lab environment Strong communication and organizational skills Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Preferred Qualifications Bachelor???s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology Previous laboratory experience (new graduates welcome) Experience with Total Lab Automation systems If you think this position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
