Project Coordinator- Travel Required

Our client is a nationally recognized general contractor with a strong backlog of complex, large-scale projects across Northern Virginia . They are seeking a Project Manager to support high-profile healthcare and mission-critical (data center) builds in one of the most active construction markets in the country. Project Focus: Ground-up and renovation projects in: Healthcare (hospitals, medical facilities, life sciences) Data centers / mission-critical environments Manage day-to-day project operations from preconstruction through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls Lead subcontractor buyout, coordination, and management Partner closely with Superintendents to drive field execution Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards Assist in risk management and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle 5–10+ years of construction project management experience ~ Experience in healthcare and/or data center construction strongly preferred ~ Proven ability to manage ground-up or technically demanding projects ~ Work on some of the most high-profile healthcare and data center projects in NoVA Strong, consistent project pipeline Clear growth path to Senior Project Manager and beyond Opportunity to join a top-tier builder known for delivering complex projects
