Join us! The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating the nursing care given to Med/Surg patients. Has patient contact during the immediate pre, intra and immediate post-operative periods, monitors the activities of all nursing staff during the procedure to which she/he is assigned, demonstrates clinical skills, and serves as team leader on-call emergency situations. Functions as a member of patient care team in providing competent care to patients according to their individual needs Coordinates patient care and delegates responsibilities to team members within their scope of practice and competencies Requirements: This position is in the Surg S6 department Valid California RN license required Current BCLS certification required National RN Certification preferred Dysrhythmia Certification within 6 months Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Minimum of one-year acute care hospital experience in area of specialty preferred Riverside Community Hospital offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
