Construction Superintendent

Construction Superintendent Our client is a commercial construction company that is looking to add a few Superintendents to lead project execution. Superintendent Responsibilities: Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force to include subcontractors and assistant superintendents Coordinate with Project Manager to review all subcontractor payments and project budget Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients, including representatives of Owner and Architect/Engineer Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules Communicate and enforce Safety and Health Management Program Superintendent Must Have Skills: 5-10 years of construction experience with some experience as a site lead Familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and with terms and conditions of Project Contracts, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders Must have experience with large-scale healthcare projects. Experience mentoring and coaching less experienced superintendents and tradespeople Procor or other project management software experience is highly desirable Superintendent Compensation and Benefits: Truck prediem provided Excellent Insurance Package 401K
