Shift: Varies (this is a floater role where the candidate will come in as someone calls out) Rate: $14.75/hour Must have 2 + years of industrial housekeeping (warehouse setting) We offer PTO & Benefits. See details below. Responsibilities Cleaning and Sanitization: Use specialized cleaning chemicals and equipment to clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, and equipment. Regularly collect and dispose of waste in designated containers. Operate cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers. Maintenance Reporting: Alert the site supervisor about any equipment or facility maintenance issues. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures. Routine Cleaning: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks. Restock supplies as needed. Compliance: Follow all company policies and procedures. Requirements Experience: Prior experience in an industrial cleaning role is essential. Safety Awareness: Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills. Physical Stamina: Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects. Comfortable bending, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods. Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
