Construction Project Manager

We are currently hiring a Project Manager for our client / project located in the St. Louis, Missouri area. Key Responsibilities •Lead full lifecycle execution of assigned RNG and methanol projects, including planning, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and handover. •Own project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management; ensure alignment with organizational objectives and deployment strategy. •Coordinate cross-functional inputs from engineering, operations, regulatory, HSE, supply chain, and finance to keep teams aligned and accountable. •Oversee permitting and regulatory activities in collaboration with regulatory and compliance leads; ensure adherence to applicable standards. •Manage relationships and contracts with EPCs, contractors, consultants, vendors, and other external partners. •Oversee utility interconnection efforts and site-related agreements (rights-of-way, easements, access), in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. •Monitor progress against key milestones and critical path; proactively identify roadblocks and implement mitigation plans. •Support development and review of project financial models, budgets, and forecasts with project controllers and finance partners. •Lead project status reporting to leadership, including schedule, budget, risks, opportunities, and key decisions required. •Represent external stakeholders (e.g., site hosts, utilities, regulators, industry partners) and at relevant industry events. •Mentor junior project managers and coordinators; contribute to standardizing project management processes and documentation. Required Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent. •4+ years of experience in project management for energy, industrial, or infrastructure projects. •Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver complex projects. •Familiarity with project budgeting and budget tracking. •Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. •Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
